When does registration end for the 2017/2018 season?

When does registration take place for the 2017/2018 season?
Indoor registration will be taking place online at www.darlingtonsoccerclub.ca on Thursday, August 17th, 2017 @ 8:00pm EST and will continue until all spots are taken. Payment will be required at the time of registration.
Our Club also facilitates in-person registrations at our Club Office for those who wish to pay by by cash or debit or are unable/uncomfortable with registering online. This will take place start on Monday, August 21st, 2017 after the online registration has opened on the Thursday evening.
How is this program affected by Champion's League Indoor?
We are hoping that with the Champion's League (Rep. only), that this will strengthen the Recreational House League program by helping establish better parity and fairness in the U10 to U14 age divisions by having players of equal skill levels participating in it.
Will we be required to complete the Respect In Sport Parent Program again?
Our Club only requires parents to complete the certification once but you'll be required to enter your RIS Certification # at the time of registration. RIS Certification #'s can be ported over and used from the OMHA database.
If you have not completed the RIS Parent Program Certification, you can complete it prior to Indoor registration. Please click here for more information.
Note: U21 Coed is not required to take the RIS Parent Program as U21 is considered an adult program.
How do I get involved as a Head Coach or Sponsor?
If you are interested in becoming a Head Coach or Sponsor, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be happy to answer any questions regarding coaching or sponsorship!
If you're interested becoming a Sponsor, the cost is $275.00 per team. Sponsorship includes colour jersey of your choice, placement of your child on the sponsored team, screening of logo on your jersey and the name of the team named after your business.
How long is the season?
The 2017/2018 season will be running for 19 weeks total. From October 14th, 2017 to March 8th, 2017. Note there will be a break during the last two weeks of December for the holiday season.
What days of the week would we be scheduled to play for 2017/2018 Indoor?
Please see the table below for tentative game times for 2017/2018. Based on the registered number of participants scheduled times may extend beyond the times listed below. Note that both boys and girls can play in the Coed division. A full schedule will be available before the start of the season with times rotating between the times listed below. Note games are 1 hour in length and there are no practices during the Indoor season.

What is the registration fee?
For the U06 & U08 divisions that play on half a field, the fee is $190.00. For U10 to U21 that play on the full field, the fee is $270.00.
How long are games?
Games consist of two 25-minute halves with a five minute half-time and five minute transition time between games. There is also a retreat line at the 1/2 way line U06 & U08 and the 1/3 line for the U10 & U12 divisions.
Are we supplied with a uniform?
Yes. The uniform consists of a jersey, shorts and socks. Adult teams supply their own jerseys.
What is the Club's stance on Player Requests?
Player requests will not be accepted for any reason including but not limited to friendships, ride arrangements or preference for a particular Coach. Only requests for siblings in the same age group will be accepted.
Are pictures included?
Yes. Individual and team pictures are scheduled to take place in from Saturday, November 4th, 2017 to Wednesday, November 8th, 2017. Photos typically take place one hour to fifteen minutes prior to the start of your scheduled game time that week.
Is there an end of season banquet?
Players will receive a medal along with refreshments in the Bowmanville Indoor Soccer Facilities Meeting Room on their final game day.
What footwear is suitable for the indoor turf?
Outdoor cleats, turf shoes, indoor shoes and running shoes are permitted and appropriate for the indoor turf. Note shin guards are mandatory.
What is Darlington's refund policy?
Prior to October 1st, 2017 we will issue a full refund minus $25.00 administration fee.
After October 1st, 2017 there will be no refund provided unless there is a Doctor's note provided. Again, the $25.00 administration fee applies.
Our Club does not operate on a credit-based system, therefore fees paid for this program cannot be transferred to another program in lieu of a refund.
What methods do you accept for payment?
Darlington Soccer Club accepts Debit, Visa, MasterCard, money order, cheque and cash for payment. Online payment can be facilitated through MasterCard, Visa or PayPal only.

We do not have programs available for either this age or demographic at the present time due to our limited field availability. - This may be set to change for the Indoor 2017/2018 season.
