2. Making Ethical Decisions - Durham Region Soccer Association
The Durham Region Soccer Association will be hosting MED Course Workshops during the winter/spring of 2020 but will also be hosting one on Tuesday, March 31st, 2020 at the DRSA Office located at 1077 Boundary Road South in Oshawa.
See the top right of this page for the PDF Registration Form (when a workshop is announced). Payment information is found in the form.
For Coaches who are asked to provide their National Coaching Certification (NCCP) #, please go to coach.ca and either register or log-in to "The Locker" tab on the far right of the screen. Once you are in your account your # will be visible.
Please note the online course for Making Ethical Decisions is not accepted by the Ontario Soccer Association. This course must be taken in person.
3. Respect In Soccer Activity Leader Program
Respect In Soccer Activity Leader is an online, three-hour course required by the Ontario Soccer Association to coach and manage Development and Rep. teams. The course can be taken any time at your leisure. To access the course, please click here.
Starting for the Outdoor 2017 season, all registered Managers and Asst. Managers will require the RIS Activity Leader certification as well.
4. Making Head Way In Soccer Concussion Course
Starting for the Outdoor 2017 season all OSA registered Coaches will require this certification provided by the NCCP. It is an online module on the NCCP website which will require 60-90 minutes to complete. To complete, please click here and then select the soccer module.
Starting for the Outdoor 2017 season, MHIS will be required for all Coaches to complete before being registered.
We will be hosting a coaching workshop for all House League Coaches on Tuesday, May 14th, 2019 at the Bowmanville Indoor, we'll be accommodating new and returning Coaches at 6:00pm. We'll also be hosting a special 3v3 format workshop on Tuesday, May 14th, 2019 at 7:00pm at the Bowmanville Indoor.

All Coaches in the House League program must complete an online registration form, to access the form, please click here.
2. Police Record Check
All Coaches must complete a police record check dated either 2019 or 2020 for the Outdoor 2020 season. To receive a letter at a discounted rate of $20.00, please e-mail jennifer.darlington@rogers.com with your name.
3. Respect In Soccer Activity Leader Program
Respect In Soccer Activity Leader is an online, three-hour course required by the Ontario Soccer Association to coach in the U14, U16 and U19 divisions only (this will be expanded to U12 and under in the seasons ahead). The course can be taken any time at your leisure.
